Steven is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and the founder of Kerkstra Tax. Steven passed his CPA examination in 1973. Steven has been a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, VP of Finance, Assistant Controller and Chief Accountant for both public and private companies. Steven has also served as a faculty member at Loyola University of Chicago and Northern Illinois University.
Denise Vasquez, BS

Denise is a graduate of University of California, Irvine with a BA in sociology. Prior to attending UC Irvine, Denise was an Americorps volunteer. She has seven years of accounting experience and has served in both the veterinary and construction industries.
